A passenger is allowed to take a carry-on item weighing no more than 5 kg and not exceeding the following dimensions 50x30x20 cm
A passenger is allowed to have 2 pieces of luggage with a total weight less than 20 kg and not exceeding the following dimensions: 80x60x40, which are transporting in a luggage compartment of the bus, free of charge
Additional luggage is charged separately
The decision on transportation of bulky and oversized luggage depends on possibility of its placement in the luggage compartment. Oversized luggage should not cause damage to the baggage of other passengers and equipment of the bus.

The ticket can be purchased at least 2 hours before the departure in the direction (SPB-HEL) and at least 15 minutes before the departure in the direction (HEL – SPB).

Is it necessary to print the ticket bought on the website?
No, it's not. Boarding the bus, it's allowed to have a valid e-version of the ticket and an identity document, however it's preferred to have a printed version of the ticket.
Making changes to the tickets
Is it possible to change the ticket date or time?

You can return the ticket before the trip and purchase new tickets for another time or date at least 2 hours before the departure in the direction SPB-HEL and at least 15 minutes before the departure in the direction HEL – SPB.


Can I change the name of the passenger in the ticket?

No, editing personal data of passenger in the ticket or making another changes are not possible. Please, check all data carefully before paying.

Can I return my ticket?

I'm late for the bus. Can I return my ticket or exchange it?

No. Changes in the tickets are possible only before the trip. After the departure tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.

Carrying luggage
What are the requirements of carrying luggage in JSC "Tretiy Park"?

A passenger is allowed to take a carry-on item weighing no more than 5 kg and not exceeding the following dimensions 50x30x20 cm. Can I carry a bicycle in the bus?

Bicycles (more than 120 cm in size) are transported in the luggage compartment. The front wheel of the bicycle must be removed. The wheel and the bicycle have to be packed separately. The decision depends on the possibility of its placement in the luggage compartment.



What if the luggage was damaged by the company?

JSC "Tretiy park" is liable for the damage of the baggage that happened after accepting it for carriage and before returning it back to the passenger, if it's not able to prove that loss, lack of something or damage happened due to circumstances that the carrier could not prevent. However if you're carrying something valuable and fragile, we recommend you to get a travel insurance, including an insurance of the baggage.


What if the luggage exceeds allowed measures?

Extra luggage is accepted for carriage only if there is free space in the luggage compartment of the bus.



What if somebody forgotten something in the bus?

If you forgot something in the bus, you need to call 8 (931) 238-62-44 or write an email inter@3park.ru. You have to specify the date and the time of the trip, the direction of the route, and the number of the seat, if possible. You also have to describe the forgotten item. Our drivers check the bus after every trip and usually find lost belongings. The carrier is not liable for things forgotten or lost on the board of the bus.

I lost my ticket. What should I do?

To board the bus, it's enough to have the identity document and an e-ticket.


Can I bring my own child safety seat to the bus?

Yes. For your safety and for safety of your children we suggest you to use your own child safety seat.



Can I take a pet with me?

A passenger can carry a pet weighing no more than 5 kg in special pet carriers. A passenger who is carrying an animal is responsible for it and has to have all the necessary documents for customs and veterinary border control. A passenger is obligated to show the documents for the animal to the driver.



Is it possible to send a parcel by the bus?

No. According to the rules, luggage without a passenger can't be accepted for carrying.



What services are included in the price of the ticket?

In the price of the ticket is included carrying the passengers and their luggage to the place of destination stated in the ticket. During the trip the carrier can provide additional services (WC, air conditioner, water, Wi-Fi, etc.).

Does the bus stop at tax-free point?

No, it doesn't. On the regular international bus services, you can claim tax-free items in the Finnish customs service before passport control on the border of Finland.


Does the bus stop at the airports Vantaa/Lappeenranta?

Yes



Does the bus stop at Duty Free?

No, this stop is not provided.



Does the bus stop during the route?

No. Regular international busses are able to stop only where they are scheduled.
Customs regulations
What is prohibited to carry across the border?
PROHIBITED ITEMS TO CARRY ACROSS THE BORDER:
- Prohibited in civil circulation dangerous cold weapons, firearms and electroshock weapons, ammunition.
- Counterfeit products, i.e. any consumer product with a fake brand mark such as clothes, shoes, watches, etc.;
- Pirated products, including pirated copies of CDs and DVDs, computer programs and games;
- Drugs and psychotropic substances;
- Erotic and pornographic materials involving underage people;
- Foreign species of animals and plants that threaten to interrupt the natural balance

Delivery of prohibited products across the border is a violation of customs regulations, which leads to a monetary fine or arrest.

Customs have rights to confiscate prohibited and undeclared item!

To avoid misunderstandings, it's advisable to familiarize yourself with the requirements of the country before the trip and request additional information in the customs information office or the customs officer.

Food products
From the States outside of the European Union:

- import of meat and dairy products is prohibited (it is allowed to import baby food and medical food in sealed original packaging up to 2 kg per person);

- other products of animal origin, for example honey, raw oysters, mussels and snails, it is allowed to import up to 2 kg per person (valid only in recognized states);

- fish and fish products, including shrimps, crawfish, cooked oysters and mussels, caviar (excluding black caviar), it is allowed to import up to 20 kg per person.

It is allowed to import food products of non-animal origin (candies, chocolate, biscuits, pastry) in an amount, suitable for personal consumption, from all states.
Tobacco products
From countries that are member states of the European Union it is allowed to import duty-free for personal consumption:

- 800 cigarettes;
- 400 cigarillos, one cigarillo weighing no more than 3 g;
- 200 cigars;
- 1 kg of smoking tobacco;
- 1 kg of chewing tobacco.

From countries that are not members of the European Union it is allowed to import duty-free for personal consumption:

- 40 cigarettes* or
- 100 cigarillos* or
- 50 cigars* or
- 50 g of smoking tobacco* or
- 50 g of chewing tobacco*.

*Quantity marked with an asterisk(*) is allowed to combine, taking to account that quantity is 100% and you can import 100% in total. The example of combining: 20 cigarettes is 50% of 40 cigarettes, it is allowed to combine them with 25 cigars, which make 50% of 50 cigars.
Alcohol
From countries that are member states of the European Union it is allowed to import duty-free for personal consumption:

- up to 90 liters of wine, including up to 60 liters of sparkling wine,
- up to 110 liters of beer,
- up to 10 liters of strong alcoholic beverages (that contain over 22% of alcohol),
- 20 liters of not mentioned above alcoholic beverages (that contain less than 22% of alcohol).

From countries that are not members of the European Union it is allowed to import duty-free for personal consumption:

- up to 4 liters of wine;
- up to 16 liters of beer;

- in addition 2 liters of alcoholic beverages that contain less than 22% of alcohol (including sparkling wine, liquor wine) or 1 liter of strong alcoholic beverages (that contain over 22% of alcohol)*.

*Quantity marked with an asterisk(*) is allowed to combine, taking to account that quantity is 100% and you can import 100% in total. The example of combining: 1,5 liters of an alcoholic beverage that contains less than 22% of alcohol is 75% of 2 liters, it is allowed to combine them with 0,25 liters of a strong alcoholic beverage that contains over 22% of alcohol, which make 25% of 1 liter.

Medications
Without permission of the Department of medicine it is allowed to take for personal consumption up to 10 medical products of different names and up to five retail packages of each medical product, and for brought animals it is allowed to bring up to five medical products of different names and up to three retail packages for each medical product. The size of the retail package for solid dosage forms is up to 100 units, for powders used to prepare the solution it is 500 g, for homeopathic granules it is 50 g, for infusion solutions and solutions taken orally-500 ml, for forms of injection it is up to 10 vials, for external drugs it is 200 ml or 200 g, for pills it is 100 g. Drugs must be in the manufacturer's packaging.

Without permission of the Department of medicine it is allowed to take one retail package of narcotic or psychotropic medications up to 20 units. The medication should have the notice of the doctor, and for medications for animals there has to be a notice from the veterinarian that the medication is necessary or a copy of prescription.
Pets
Pets must have a passport or a pet certificate microchip and a rabies vaccine. Import of animals protected by the CITES Convention to European countries.
Cash money
Any passenger entering or leaving the territory of the European Union and carrying an amount equivalent to 10 000 Euros or more in cash must submit a declaration to customs. Cash is considered as cash money and coins, as well as checks (including traveler's checks), bills of exchange, postal money orders, stocks.
